Gateway Community Engagement Center
The Gateway Development Comission (GDC) is building one of the largest and most important rail infrastructure projects in American history. GDC is buiding two new train tunnels under the Hudson River that will ease traffic on the existing tunnels and optimize traavel along the Northeast corridor. To educate the local community, I worked on two Community Engagement Centers that explained the complexities of the large construction project. I designed modular information panels, digital display structures and a scaled tunnel sculpture for a unique photo moment.
